When you document a
patient's medical conditions in Dentrix, it is important to give all the information
about the condition that your staff will need to know. In Dentrix G6, you can add
notes to medical alerts that can provide this clarifying information about a
patient's medical condition.
In the Family File, double-click the Medical Alerts block. The left side of the dialog box lists the
